Ian Watson HNC, Eur Ing/CEng, FIMech Eng, CEDR Accredited Mediator
Ian is an internationally experienced director with a background in a wide range of industries, services and products. He has managed businesses and people in both manufacturing and service environments and has demonstrably achieved excellent results. A wide-ranging grasp of technical, commercial and financial affairs has meant that start-up, turn around, culture change and development situations both in the UK and internationally, have become career themes. Ian is the Chairman of ServQ.

Andrew Crossley BSc, MBA, CEng, MICE, MCIM
Andrew has a significant track record in professional services, manufacturing and contracting. Prior to co-founding ServQ Andrew was the UK Business Development Director of a major international consultancy, employing over 2500 professionals. He is an experienced change manager and business development practitioner. Andrew has experience in start up and turnaround situations and has worked with SMEs through to multi-nationals. He enjoys getting the very best out of people and challenging conventional wisdoms. Andrew is the Managing Director of ServQ.

Hywel Thomas BSc, CEng, MICE, CIWEM
Hywel has a successful track record in consultancy and management both in engineering and utility businesses. He has an established reputation in water and environmental engineering. Before joining ServQ, Hywel was on the international board of a major consultancy business. With major business experience, process, contracting and partnering knowledge, he is well regarded in the privatised utility marketplace as a pragmatist. Hywel has also been responsible for corporate level Health & Safety issues for an international consultancy business. Hywel is ServQ's Technical Director and has responsibility for the company's professional development program.

Sheila Crossley BSc, MSc, ACMA
Sheila has worked for multi-national oil, gas and chemical companies in senior IT and financial roles. She also has significant experience in public sector finance, information systems, and national level educational funding. As well as being a highly experienced finance professional she has tertiary level qualifications in operational research and industrial technology. Sheila is ServQ's Company Secretary.
